My property is shown as Sold Out

everything is open! I tried everything and still showing Sold Out. I have my calendar sync with airbnb. is this is causing this problem?

yes very likely but only if you are not using a Channel Manager.

  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

my property saw all rooms sold out on this date, but all rooms are bookable but its saw sold out. minimum night 1 however this problem so please help me or call me to solve problems soon as possible
