Need Help in Changing Adress

Hello Dear Friend/s

I have a small problem with Adress, which is not correct. I tried to change it a few times and also tried to send a message to booking.com but I couldn't. 
 

And also I transferred money to booking.com 3 days ago, but in my financial information it still seems like i didn't pay.

So I really need some help to solve this small problems :)
