NEW - Property > Guest Q&A
A new section has popped up in our Extranet for Guest Q&A. Apparently the answers will appear on our property listings.
I have checked 2 properties so far. There are questions about the beach:
" When is the best time to visit your property for the perfect beach holiday? "
" How can I get to the closest beach from the property? "
Having checked a 3rd property listing, the first question appeared again. It seems that these are not genuine questions from guests, they are automatic, computer generated questions.
As a thought ..... it would be far better if Booking.com do the same as other OTAs and use OUR DESCRIPTIONS in the main listing instead of their own info .... and then we wouldn't need these computer generated FAQs .....
