No Show - Against Cancelled by Guest

Dear Business Development Manager,

It came to know that one guest has cancelled the booking from his end and we got the commission against cancellation for which we didn't received any Money.

Guest Name was Mr. *** ( Booking ID ***)

Please give some clarity : Should we need to mark as a no show if the guest cancelled booking by himself.
