Non Smoking
Although I have made my property no smoking in the rooms, I would really like to apply this to the entire property, I don't wish to have people smoking in the garden or outside area. Is this possible please?

All you can do is mark as Non Smoking, posters on site, photo on listing etc.
However enforcing and if they do it outside is next to impossible.
Only one method I can think of, apply a deposit and make it clear - You Smoke You Dont Get Deposit Back' put that on the bottom of the posters.
Its simpler to designate a smoking zone, and provide ashtray or similar in the furthest corner with rain cover else they will smoke anywhere.
