You have posted this on the partner forum so we are unable to look at your setup to see why this is.  Contact the booking.com help team using Inbox icon on Extranet and give them the booking reference.

Please confirm you mean as a guest  you made a booking, and if yes then you must manage it via the main guest website https://booking.com


If you mis-spoke and used the wrong words and actually meant that your property listing is not showing as open then:


  • Logon to Extranet, 
  • Review Rate Plans to make sure rate set
  • Open Calendar - List View and ensure dates rate is not null.

Have you actually received and entered tyhe Location Verifdy code?
