Overbooking 7 times a room, after informing your management, your service team in Amsterdam and Barcelona this situation it is still continue.

In the past days I am continuously overbooked with my rooms. 7 times in weekend with one room, 2 times with another one. After informing plenty service team coleagues from Amsterdam and Barcelona, making all the thinks right in Calendar, monthly view and list view, this situation it's still goes on. Please inform your technical team and pls do something in this matter. Today, I had 3 times again the same room (nr 1) overbooked.
Please do something , inform the technical management and call me, send me an email and let me understand what is happening.

Same thing to us in Split, it started to happen in last 10 days. Calendar was setted correct thats what agent confirmed.But still overbooking's coming even after we close everything. The worst thing after milions phone calls and emails with different agents they stated its not up to them( of course) and want us to pay all relocations, private transfers for the guests and cost of phone calls.
Yesterday one of the Croatian agent told me that they send me an email (never got it) and I said there is no email can you please forward it again she started to be very rude and said no I will not forward you that email its not important.
One more thing cause I could write here a book, when they stated that at some date and some tome my rooms were open for reservation and I replied that at that time I am driving to my job reply was probably you left your phone unblocked?!!?!?
