hi i use a channel manager and we sent automated messages through them and recently our guests have not been receiving them which has been frustrating. i contacted our channel manager and they said booking.com has provided invalid emails also i tried to contact our guests and when i phoned them it was the wrong number
First time hearing of this.
BdC usually use an automated mailbox creation script to mask the real email address I .e. something@BdC.com
