Passing my reservations to an agency account

Hello,

I recently started working with an agency that will manage my property. They have their own account at Booking.com for properties they manage. 

I want to pass the reservations I already have (in my account) to that agency, for them to manage everything under their account. I then want to close my account or pause the listing.

This is surely a common situation.

How to pass or merge reservations from my account to another account so I can then close mine?

No not really common at all, never been posted here .

 

Phone BdC Partner Support to determine best option as there are technically 2.

 

 

 

 

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport ***

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’. 
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
