From 1 June we all pay 17% commission, to receive our money faster within 10 days, this has deteriorated for me, now I have to wait more than 1 month for my payout or longer! Scandalous ! From August 1, we now also suddenly have to pay the cleaning costs and the linen costs for another 17% commissions and all without consultation. Just think it is an exaggeration, because we pay these things from our own pocket and when guests break things they also pay from their own pocket. I am having a problem, my normal credit card online payments are being refused and my payments are now behind. I have written to Booking.com but no reply has been forthcoming..Any advice short of my calling them?
