Pets Policy - maximum number of dogs capability

Hi there,

I would like to suggest that booking.com enable a capability for partners to state the maximum number of dogs allowed. Although we state within text that the max number is one, if guests don't read it and only view the current 'Pets allowed', they assume that they can bring what they like. They can just book and there isn't a mechanism to cancel their booking

This wouldn't be a massive issue to booking.com to add a 'are pets allowed' > yes, then on clicking yes, another text box is available with max number.

I would take a photo and add text stating the policy in bold letters

 

"One Dog Only"

 

tagging Communities Team  to add it to the Requested feature list.

  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
