Poor or No Message Responses from BC?
Anyone else getting messages sent to BC answered in a reasonable time frame? When you send a message they hope to answer within 2 days. My most recent one is 8 days old and no reply, in recent past a response took 3 weeks and another not replied to at all. Poor show I say!

No. BDC always respond to my messages within 2 days although not always resolving my problems.
