Poor support for Partners

I’m assuming this is visible to other accommodation providers. 

Id be interested to hear other people’s experiences with Booking.coms customer support.

Hi Ruth,


  • Something I've been aware of , for new partners this misconception that we are 'customers'. when in fact we are only partners and have a dedicated Partner Support team that is entirely different.


  • This misconception then leads to them using the Customer services contact methods on main website and when they use ,  are asked for booking number and PIN , they get no further..


  • The important thing to learn from that mistake is to never use that website for making contact as it will only be for the use of customers aka guests.
  • Parts have multiple methods available from the private messaging and reveal partner phone number, to a public worldwide list of phone numbers.
