Price quality index
Since the beginning of november has our price qualiy index fallen to 77%. It was 100%. Looking for the reason, booking.com mentions that our price has been slightly lower on two other web sites. Trip advisor and Snaptravel. These 2 sites mention our prices in American Dollars and according to the exchange rates that booking.com uses, the prices become slightly lower. But the point is we never put our prices in these 2 web sites, not in brazilian real nor in American Dollars. So I guess that these two are partners of booking.com. They take our prices from booking.com, in Brazilian real, use an exchange rate to transform it to American Dollars and then the algorithm of booking.com finds these prices in Dollars, use another exchange rate to compare the prices and come to conclusion to lower our price quality index. I have tried to find a solution within the extranet of booking. Unfortnately untill now they could not find a propper solution for this problem. Our pousada works exclusively with booking.com and it is impossible that these companies get our prices from other resources but booking.com. Are there other pousadas or hotels with the same problem out there?

It is actually Expedia.

Thank you for your response. But I am not working with expedia. The funny thing is when I try to make a fake reservation by tripadvisor, they show the booking.com price. I don´t know how it comes. Do you?
