Why is my object closed for booking ?? Although no dates have been booked! on my object there is a 'sold out' sign, WHY ??

You always need to troubleshoot these things, or you need to contact Booking.com to ask for immediate assistance. (You can do that by phoning the nr on your extranet under Inbox).

Firstly, is your property verified yet? Does it say Open/Bookable? If so, then did you add rooms? You can add rooms on Rates and Availability. There are many steps to follow but I suggest starting there.
