problem with credit card fee payment

Hello, I always paid my Booking Commissions with my Credit Card and it worked.
Now this Booking system with my Card DOES NOT WORK.
Do you know what happens?

So I got an email from you that for 10 days my hotel will be blocked because of some kind of verification… first at all how and who will do this? mans secondly
