Problem guest.

Have a problem with a guest,  think maybe a mental health issue.  I Dont feel safe and we live on site, would like them to leave tomorrow and have asked them to leave.  They’ve gone out and said they’ll think about it.  I can’t find a telephone number of. Booking.com to seek advice..

Yes, thank you for responding.  I asked them to leave and gave them a 100% refund.   Definitely more to this and excessive alcohol comes into it.  A most unpleasant experience.   We've hosted guests for nine years and as hosts never experienced anything it.   We've removed our listing from Booking.com, and re-thinking next years advertising.   Booking.com have returned their money within 48 hours so that was very much appreciated.
