PROBLEM IN RECEIVING VERIFICATION CODE BY MESSAGE OR PHONE CALL
Hi i'm trying to access Booking.com Extranet from another device for reservation and front office team within my property but i didn't receive any verification message or calls don't know why
any advice please

When you try to access pulse smart phone app on additional device there is a prompt or notification on the first device once you are logged on to pulse app.
Alternatively logon to the extranet aka admin.booking.com and try doing it via the Account icon top right.
If getting no where use the contact info above to speak to someone on phone.
