Problems with an old listing for my property

I have taken over a property and created my listing, however it will not show. There is an old listing that still appears which belonged to the manager i replaced. Do I need this listing moving before mine will show, and how do I do thia as his leaving became very acromonious to say the least. All halp greatly appreciated.

Your new listing has likely been flagged as a duplicate of the original; Partner Support will be able to assist in processing a change of ownership to gain login access to the original listing. Generally speaking, a message sent via the extranet by the old owner, advising of the new owner is the easiest way to process this, but in your case I can assume that won't be likely. The partner support team will be able to give relevant advice, but you will likely need to send through proof of ownership for the property (S&P agreement or similar). 


If you have access to the new listing you have set up (i.e. access to the extranet), you will find contact details for the support team in the extranet where you can choose to send a message, or access the Partner Support phone number. Both options are available by clicking on the Inbox tab, then choosing 'Booking.com Messages'. 


You can compose a message to the support team, or find the contact number by clicking 'other options' on the right hand side, and following the prompts. For a more timely response I would recommend calling.
