Problems with transfers from Booking.com


I need a help and advise. Don’t know what to do... Today is 13.01.2021 and it is 1,5 months I received last transfer from Booking.com. Already 5 transfers didn’t reach me. The summ is about 1000 eur and it is a big summ for Estonia. No hope to receive transfer. From 30.12.2020 I write about my problem every day to support, sometimes several time a day. No answers! Nothing is happening! Nobody is able to answer what is the problem. But commission successfully was taken from my money. I phoned several times and nobody can help. They tell me that accountants don’t answer. How it is possible - no possibility to communicate inside the company? No use from support... 

May be somebody have experience how to receive own money from booking.com? Please give an advise what to do. I am desperate!!!

As long as you at least log the request using a message as per my guide below , they will eventually , catch up on the backlog and address it.


Then you could try follow up by phone the day after but likely will have to wait.


Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
