Proper Location is not showing

Hi,  Greeting to all, Hope u fine. Why my property is not showing when i search through the city & only can see when search with Hotel name but it shows nearly 45 km far from the city, last, 3 month waited for letter of location verification,  but still didn’t received any letter & now the option is not active, please guide me experts properly.  Thanks in advance

Hi 

  1. Contact BdC PartnerSupport to request alternative method for verification.
  2. Ask them also to check your location and submit correct location.

 

 

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’. 
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
