Property listed but still not active

Hi, I’m the manager of Cherbourg Maritime that’s is listed on booking and I add a new one called Cherbourg Sea Sand that is located on the same building but till now is still inactive on booking.com I’ve already contacted customer service and they said that will took up to 25 days but till now absolutely nothing, the first property was fast and easy so I really don’t understand this delay....can I have a justification, please?

We are getting reservations from other booking platforms but not from BOOKING.COM.....

Thatdoes sound odd if you actually added it while logged into the Extranet on account for the first listing.

 

Is that what you did?

Or did you try to register is from scratch  as a separate account?

 

We can only advise you to contact Partner Support to resolve .

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
