QUIT ROOM ????
WONDER IF BOOKING HAS HIRED SOME *** TO PROGRAMME THEIR BOOKING PAGE. IF THEY CHANGE A QUESTIONNAIRE FOR THE GUEST, THEN THERE IS NO EXPLANATION TO US HOST WHY THERE IS A CHANGE AND THEN WE LOOK LIKE *** IN FRONT OF THE GUEST WHO ASK US..THEY NEED A "QUIT ROOM".
Everyone else is reporting it as saying 'Quiet' with an E.
I have seen a few people on the forum querying this in the past few days. Haven't seen a reason yet. Contact the booking.com help team using the Inbox icon on Extranet.
Also you may not realise that typing in capitals is considered shouting, which is probably not what you are doing.
The Booking.com website developer will put it on his list of things to fix when he gets home from school.
Hey TITO JOSE! Unfortunately, the problem is caused by a bug. The good news is that the team is already working on fixing it. Let's hope they will do it soon.
