Receiving Bad Reviews After Reporting Misconduct
Is it possible to get reviews removed from booking.com if the guest that posted it was involved in multiple illegal activities while staying at the property? The guest had a reservation that was expected to last a week but they were removed from the property after one night because they:
- tampered with multiple smoke detectors
- threatened to bring a group of friends to the hotel to assault the receptionist
- Refused to leave the hotel after being told to.
The police were called 3 times because of them and guest misconduct was reported but now 1 month after they stayed at the hotel they have posted a review giving us the lowest rating possible in all categories. Is there anything we can do to get the review removed??
