Remmitance Booking.com Collect is not match with the entry of money in our bank account

Dear Booking.com

 

Greeting from krisna guest house 

we was joined the Booking.com Collect Payment started 15th may 2018.

in the 8th June 2018, we was received your email about the following is the money delivery report from the period may 1, 2018 - may 31 2018 but Remmitance Booking.com Collect is not match with the entry of money in our bank account .

we see in the booking payment report IDR 4370000 and for the nett payment we will received is IDR 3714500 (-15% ) but we was checked on our bank account is it not match . 

in our bank we received your payment only IDR 2415500 .

 

can you help me for the information about not match the received payment   ?
