I am interested in renting a 20rooms hotel/guest house or etc... Anywhere in europe with a good location.

I could help you with 4 rooms in my Villa, but other than that I'm not sure there is something that would be available with such vacancy. Maybe large hotels.
If needed I can look into it but for such a reservation a pre-payment will be necessary.

Well, mine is up for sale/rent, however it's smaller, just 4 guest rooms.
Transylvania region has a lot of properties of that size, but not of a great quality. So if you want to invest in them, I can give you some ideas.
