Reopening of suspended property

My property was suspended from approx 1 year and My business was stopped but now again I've started my property giving on lease and I paid the outstanding amount on 9th February they said they get back to me 10days time still haven't heard anything 


From them I spoke to the many booking.com repersative. And still no reveret 


No answer from them 

Please help

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
