the guest leaves bad review because he expected Hotel service(all amenities what hotel offers) while our apartment is private in the hotel and our reservation page says so!

Another guest books us but goes to another apartment(cheaper one) and since he booked us leaves by us bad review thinking it was ours, I tried all but he won´ t delete it.

Booking has seen our chat and waived fee, but the review still stays, booking com won´t even read message I sent numerous time, also regarding the first review when guest books us and expects hotel service

If here booking representative I want him to reply, thanks

Hi Anna,

Thank you for your message. Can you kindly contact your local team so they can advise you. You'll need to provide them with the exact confirmation numbers related to the booking. You can send them a message in the extranet in the Inbox Tab > Messages > Compose a message > select the reviews option. Alternatively in the same Inbox Tab > Messages > Contact Us. 

Kindly go through the appropriate channels so a specialised team member can assist you with your questions.
