We purchased our property 5 years ago and the rating was 8.1, after years of renovations the score is 9.7 but we hover to 9.6 constantly and this has happened tonight, after 1 review where the the guest gave us 10 out of 10,s for everything but they would have liked 2 sinks in the kitchen so gave us an 8 out of 10, one would think 10 out of 10 equals a 10? Its ridiculous!! I have rang Booking.Com, i have emailed them about their unfair new review system and they agree but they don't care!! And they call us valued partners!! Its all about them! I enjoy replying to my guests reviews but i may well be one of the ones that don't bother anymore but i inform all the guests of the unfair system and we are now receiving more bookings through our own website now as most guests are also not impressed, have to say that Airbnb has actually a fairer review system and always there to help listen and care
