Rude and disturbing insults from a guest who didnt cancel reservation or show up!
Hello everyone,
I want to know can I apply name and screenshots of guests who breaks the rules of behavior. I want to protect myself and my way of earning for money because they have threatened me. They were supposed to show up one morning-csince they didnt I called, messaged etc. I pleased them to cancel the reservation I would release them from all costs-cause I dont want to pay commission for the empty condo in the heat of the season! Not to mention that they changed their reservation several time, hold it for almost a year! They did nothing! Instead, they sad they had some car troubles-and day and days after I called everyday-nothing! When I send them messages that im going to pay for their mistake they started to offend me, threat me about coming back and post to every site they have so I would never ever can rent anything
IM SO ANGRY-How come guests have several ways of protection and we have to be scared of every little thing that they can complain about, even when the obviously are wrrong and do such things!
I want all the booking partners to know about these people, cause I have everything documented-their phone number, list of calls, messages on viber and phone! everything
