Feedback score: my client rated 10 out of 10 and I get a 9? and not 10. why?
It happens the same to me, I rated 10 to a hotel I booked last month, and Booking at the end rated 9.
Booking Score was better before, I realized 2022 is worse, because Booking is scoring lower my holiday apartment this year than before.
