Hi, I have closed all my room in booking.com for the month of december, and i received 3 unwanted booking. i need to ask the customer to remove and cancel his booking, but it s anoying for me and my guest. what went wrong ? my password are new and strong
Can it be that some of your other guests cancelled? Because then the availability goes live again.

I have also sent a few messages to Booking.com about availability going live if a guest cancels. I think there should be an option for us whether or not we want the calendar to go open again. Because many people have experienced the same!
