Why I dont get SMS notifications to my mobile? My extranet notification is made properly, but I still dont get SMS notifications to my mobile.

Do you have Pulse installed on your phone? It's the app to look at all your bookings and make updates, etc, on your phone. Really good to have installed and gives you all the notifications.
I'm talking about SMS messages, which Booking.com has promised to send me after every reservation. The problem is, that they don't send them.
Message the booking.com help team using Inbox icon on Extranet. They will be able to check your setup.
I have sent them many messages through Extranet-Inbox-Booking.com messages. They are not able to do anything. The common answer is, that this is not a "Partner support", but a "guest support". To reach the "partner support", they ask to call them. If I call, then we speak every time ca 20 minutes and they are very surprised every time. All other SMSs are coming through (e.g. verification SMS). I ask how to write them an email, then they can't say, to which adress to send it. Sometimes I get an answer in my local language and they ask to contact with the local office in Estonia. But where this office is situated is unknown. There is no information about it and Booking.com has given no contact either. There is only a local phone number, but despite of it, it is the international service line.
Sounds frustrating. Sorry I can't help more. If you have a smart phone or iphone I would suggest you install Pulse their app. Which will notify you

Where is "Text message notification" there? There is "SMS notifications" but they mean by it: "In addition to email confirmations, do you want to receive autodialed SMS messages for last-minute reservations by Booking.com?" It's not just "Text message notification".
Hm, there isn't this option available. There is only possibility to turn on for last minute reservations.
