Star Rating update

Hello,

I am writing from Regina Blu Hotel.

In recent months we have made some changes regarding the structure of the existing Hotel. The hotel will now be of the highest level and standard. That's why we need to change Star Rating, from 3 stars to 5 stars.

Yesterday, on 27.05.2020, we called your office to make this change and we are still waiting.

If the change can be made by us, please let us know.
