Really frustrating to see the Stone age model of Auto removal of guest reviews after 2 years. especially in these pandemic times where there is hardly any bookings and Guests don't find it mandatory to write a review after their stay unless we beg them. Please consider not removing our hard earned reviews which are frustrating to see disappearing in front of your eyes, in these pandemic times. I would request Booking.management to upgrade this old system according to current market conditions. either put a hold on this Auto removal of guest reviews until this pandemic is over or when things are back to normal. or please change this system, as its very hard to make a guest leave a feedback unlike earlier times.

I would appreciate if everyone can support me in this cause.

Yes, I support you.  I think booking.com will need to amend its policy because guests rely on the reviews when they make a booking.  If they can't see reviews then that affects booking.com business.  The difficulty is knowing how accurate is a review that is more than 2 years old?  A business can change a lot in that time.

When a really concerning issue is not looked at seriously then there is no choice, Booking always says we are partners in this together, but we don't think so when the partner's voice is ignored when he is trying to address a real concern which is to do with the "Automatic removal of our reviews after 2 years" we are in a once in a life time pandemics, and the reviews are hard to come by and we have to say with a heavy heart that this system is stone age now, put a freeze on this system or bring back our removed reviews. most guests nowadays don't feel like to write a review on their stay as they are too busy to waste time, we have to literally beg the guest to write a review on their stay, and on top of this, its very heartening to see our good reviews disappear in front of our eyes just because of a stone age system from booking. PLEASE CONSIDER OUR REQUEST WITH URGENCY. A STRONG PARTNERSHIP IS LONG PARTNERSHIP.
