stop last minute booking

Hello, I followed instructions on how to stop "last minute bookings" (going to the calendar), but it is not here. It is for another property i have, but not for a single room. I can only change rates and put a minimum nights stay but not set that Last minute bookings are not allowed. Would you know how to do it? Thanks!
