Submit message to booking com has bug

How can you have such a stupid bug in your contact form, i was claiming this bug and now finally found a problem and resolution.

It's so difficult to find that contact form, but when you found it and press submit it gave me:

Trick to get that form working, is you have to put your chrome to desktop version. Thats only the way how you can submit the form ?

 

I'm on android 10.0 version, Huawei. Mate p20, using google chrome .

Hi , thanks for taking the time to capture this , while most of us use a proper computer and browser , yes there are some who try to do everything from a mobile device and do not necessarily understand the concept of Mobile layout versus Desktop Layout on a mobile browser.

Nor do they know or think to use the mobile browser (edge, chrome, firefox etc)  to access Extranet https://admin.booking.com

 

 

 

 

how to contact partner support via private assigned number in inbox

 

 

 

Reminder Partner Support will never see this.

Posting account or action requests here will result in nothing.

 

For when its urgent never post here go straight to phone method ,as per below.

 

 Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport ***

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’. 
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
