Support fund to help hosts impacted by COVID-19-related cancellations

Hello!

 

As most of the hosts on this platform we have suffered extensively with so many booking cancellations due to Covid-19 related travel restrictions.  We work mostly with booking.com

 

I'd like to check if there is any support fund set up to help hosts impacted by COVID-19-related cancellations.

Up until recently there has no mention since March of any such fund by BdC.

 

However there was something  that caught my attention recently where by a notification said :

To help us support you even more, the additional commission that you pay for the Preferred Programme will be rebated back to you across all stayed bookings up until 30 September.

Remember, in order to qualify for a rebate, you need to stay in both programmes for a consecutive 90 days and settle your monthly invoices with us on time.
