Support has broken down
I have a property in Croatia and customer support for me has completely broken. In the past I usually got things done by contacting UK support but now even they seem to have lost the plot. Anyone got any ideas?

In your extranet you can find your Account manager's contact nr. (In Inbox). Perhaps see if you can make contact there?
Or scroll all the way to the bottom where it says Send Feedback and write to Booking.com about the UK Support office.
