Technical issues by answering questions to guests

Hi, I'm trying to answer many questions to my guests, however I'm having some technical difficulties. Systems shows me following message "Sorry, something went wrong. Please, try again later". 

I have tried it several times, however results is the same always. 

Can you help me out here? Have you experienced before problems like this? Does it have to do with the rights / kind of account I have? I'm supposed to be the Administrator, however my business partner could be declared as the owner and I as a secondary account.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
