The partner forum is other hoteliers not booking.com help team. Contact booking.com help team using Inbox icon on Extranet or give them a call see link for local phone numbers.
Yes, but they have removed their phonenumber, and the old one doesn't function. They don't answer mails. So I assume the intention is not to have any personal work with the hosts anymore, only helpdesk and other automatic "service". But they still charge the same high fee.
Calling us Dear partners is a joke.
