Is there a problem with admin.booking.com today?
I'm trying to list our property. I have had dozens of issues today. Seems like maybe there are problems with the service?
- Constantly having my session terminated and needing to sign back in again
- Sign in doesn't work, and just keeps looping back to sign-in page
- 404 page errors after sign-in
- 500 server errors trying to load pages
- Constant failures to upload images
- Constant failures to tag images
This is incredibly frustrating. Is there something going wrong today or is it always like this? Seems like a shockingly unstable website.

Where do you go to get actual help? This forum appears to be as useful as the site itself...
The "partner hub" is due to discussions between owners, but does not help to correct a problem. The company seems not to take action on complaints in Partner Hub. Even when you write to booking.com itself (Inbox-Messages to booking.com), they seek first any mistakes with you, not with booking.com. But you might not see this option before your ad is set up .....
