too many persons in a room
I have had several guests that arrived at my hotel with a reservation from Booking that was for more persons than the room was limited for. That started this year. As usual there is nobody available at booking to answer on such issues by telephone.
How can this issue be solved

You can report guest as a misconduct.

Sorry, but the guest did not misbehave, it was a mistake of Booking.com. The room was limited to 3 persons and booking accepted a reservation for 4 persons. Finally it was up to us to solve this problem with the guest, as Booking.com could not be reached.
