Traveller awards
I’m really disappointed that booking.com have made the Traveller awards 2020 and not 2019 without any consultation, leaving me with a suspicious gap for 2019 in my review stickers and certificates. Can we please have a 2019 certificate either restating the previous year (2018) result or by correcting the current year? It seems very inconsistent and my guests have commented on it. I’m particularly keen to make sure I get this certificate with my good review score before the new system blows it apart for guests reviews results for this next season!

Honestly at this point after several others mentioning it and BdC stating their logic, its simply better to just move on.
Also I dont believe every guest will ever be thinking like that or even care.
