Unwanted phone calls - coup de fil arnaque

4 unanswered phone calls in only 4 minutes time from the same Singapour number *** at 4:19 AM, 4:23 AM, 4:24 AM, 4:25 AM, local time in France.
After checking the web, supposed to be a Booking.com phone call….? 
No other option than as blocking the number to be able to sleep. Never had a phone call from this number before…. Until now Booking.com never called me like that.

The smarter solution would be to message or phone your private extranet number for Support to see if there are any active pending notes on your account as to why they would be making contact.

 

Likely reason for it to be from that region is a future guest booking.

 

So check your bookings too.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
