First, please inform us about what time you estimate to arrive at the resort? As marked in the policies, key pick up is in el beril or altamira reception. The el beril reception is only partial open during working days , and  some days are holidays.  But the altamira reception is open 7 days a week, 24H a day. and the management is the same for beril,or Altamira. There is every week a change room onn Friday or saterday , you have to leave the appartments at 10 oclock and put  your luggage in a protected room. Also the reservation el   beril  or altamira is to consider as your preference choise, but depending avaibility there can be an interchange, there can be one week and one week el beril for example.
