Verification Process

The verification process is seriously flawed. We have been having guests for 6 months and have only received 10 ratings. Then suddenly we need to be verified. Got nowhere so finally got the letter. Entered the code and was allowed to open again. Then 4 minutes later we were closed requiring verification again. Phoned and was told yes they could see the verification had taken place and must be a technical issue. Still have not heard anything. This is my only income I can't survive without my bookings. I have a lot of bookings due in and they are saying they will not payout. Is that even legal? The worse of it is no one actually cares. I can't afford to take guests if they don't payout, I am a retired lady and it is one annexe. It literally is my only income, What do they expect. So it doesn't get sorted. I can't wait to stop working with them as soon as I have honoured the bookings I have now. Had a previous B&B with them in 20016-2018 did not have these issues. They have lost the plot. Don't they understand we are their partners and therefore their customers and we are their business, without us, they don't have a business?  It is so bad.
