Video call Verfication process

I hv been promised by booking.com coustmer service many times as they would arrange a video call however i hv not got any call since 4 months hv been trying to reach but no help

Can you see a banner on your extranet that says "Confirm property location"? If yes, you can click on that and start the process on your own.

So I got an email from you that for 10 days my hotel will be blocked because of some kind of verification… first at all how and who will do this? mans secondly
