When the invoice is paid..? Account is still suspended and there is no reply from customer service where to contact then?

Hi, 

My property was suspended due to invoice wasn't paid, but now its paid and am ready to pay the other invoice also where i added 40 disputes but did not receive a credit note yet? It's been 4 days gone and am dealing with the account suspension 25 days. I m trying to reach customer service but no reply. Why?? Am trying to reach your team from 13 Aug. Updating my calender regularly, trying to open my property but failed. Tell me the way out of it.. am going through a huge loss.

I would really like to help you, but I don't have access to your property information to check, only our support teams do.

 

Can I make a gentle suggestion that you try to reach our teams once again by calling them from the number you see in your extranet or from one of these numbers in the article I've shared so that they can help fast? This sounds like urgent.
