Where do we get the opportunity to discuss with Booking.com representatives about our concerns?
Good job improving the Partner Hub... But.
I'm not really into discussing with other Owners.
My main concern is how to get Booking.com to understand the issues I may encounter while using Booking and how/when you are going to address them.
Such as: when are you going to offer us the opportunity to charge guests through you Booking, as we do with Airbnb, Flipkey or HA?
That's really a very very important question. And I don't see nowhere in this beautiful Hub any kind of answer.

this is a partner to partner forum and if you want to reach out to booking.com directly you need to use the mail facility in the admin portal. GL!
The mail facility in the extranet is a waste of time. You only get a "junior" member of staff replying that "You can't do that" and not giving any useful or helpful advice or information. If you want something done, you have to phone up (often several times) and hopefully you'll speak to someone who knows what they're doing .....

Messaging @booking get you a 1st level answer.
Again our "Dear Partners" fail to understand that they could learn from us. Same as Airbnb and HA
